About Us
Meet Jim – a fisherholic, since the age of 7 years old. For the last 20 years, Jim has been an addicted offshore fisherman.
During 000s of hours on the water, one of the frustrations we have faced has been expensive tackle that doesn't always do the job it is supposed to do.
Our first two products have been born purely out of frustration at what was currently on the market. We wanted to give fishermen a better alternative.
The Zipperless Tackle Bag
All fishermen need a bag to put their tackle in. Nearly all tackle bags on the market have zips that seize up with exposure to saltwater, and inevitably end up breaking. Jim made it his mission to design the perfect zipperless tackle bag and that’s when SeriolaPro was born.
SeriolaPro Deep Jigger Braid
At SeriolaPro we love all types of fishing. However our real passion is for jigging for trophy sized fish using metal lures. More recently the focus has changed to jigging in very deep water for large demersal fish.
One of the non-negotiable requirements of fishing in deep water is having a high quality thin line. Frustrated with the lack of availability, high cost and poor quality of much of the line on the market, Jim decided to source and produce his own brand of line suitable for fishing very deep water.
SeriolaPro Deep Jigger braid is a premium quality line without the normal eye watering price tag. The quality of this line has to be seen to be believed. We are confident that once you have used it, you will spool all of your reels with it, from softbaiting in the shallows, to stickbaiting the flats or the reef, to dropping jigs in the depths.
