Its wide shape and centre weighting creates an irresistible vibrating action on the fall. If the fish are showing thick on your fish finder this jig will often get eaten on the drop. In deeper water, some light spool pressure will allow it to drop fast and straight and cut through the current.
This is a very easy jig to control and is well suited to both novice and experienced jig fisherman. It can be fished with a slowpitch action but it excels with a highpitch retrieve where the long sliding vibrating fall will often trigger a bite on the drop.
